Senior, US-led product and engineering. We scope it, architect it, build it, and ship it. We own the outcome, not just the hours.
Agencies are slow and expensive. Freelancers vanish and don't own outcomes. Hourly offshore gives you code, not a product.
TechBunny closes the gap: senior US product and engineering leadership that takes established, growing companies from a stalled roadmap to working, scalable software. We stay accountable from the first call to launch and beyond.
Our sweet spot is companies doing $10M+ in annual revenue — though we're just as interested in fast-growing companies on their way there. What matters more than the exact number is whether you need senior engineering leadership, not another junior team.
We build technology-agnostic platforms, architected to scale today and adapt as technology evolves, so you're not paying to rebuild in three years what should have been built right the first time.
Bring a growing platform, a legacy system, or a stalled roadmap. We deliver the whole solution.
Web and internal platforms built on Next.js and modern serverless architecture, architected to last.
Replace legacy systems and technical debt with modern, scalable architecture, without disrupting the business running on it.
Media recognition, conversational AI, generative AI, and AI agents that ship and earn their keep.
Cross-platform apps in Flutter and React Native, one codebase from iOS to Android to web.
Stripe-powered billing, subscriptions, and marketplaces that just work.
Serverless AWS and AWS IoT architecture, backed by PostgreSQL and NoSQL data layers, designed to handle real traffic from day one.
Smart contracts, wallets, tokenization, and crypto integrations built to production standards.
Shopify, CDPs, and authentication that capture richer, more actionable customer data.
Most AI never gets past the pilot. We design, build, and ship AI that works inside your real workflows and keeps working after launch.
We take an AI pilot to a real release, with workflow design, evaluations, data integration, and delivery discipline.
Multi-agent workflows, evaluation loops, and review steps built into your product and engineering, not bolted on.
Governed data platforms and internal AI tools that stay grounded in your real business data.
Modernized cloud, data, and AI infrastructure built for production reliability and sane costs.
Workflow map first. Decisions, data paths, approval points, and failure modes are explicit before we pick a model.
Evals and acceptance checks. The first release ships with real quality signals, not demo confidence.
Guardrails and rollback. Permissions, logging, human review, and fallback behavior are part of launch scope.
Metrics after launch. Adoption, reliability, latency, cost, and value stay visible once it is live.
The people who scope your project are the people accountable for shipping it.
We turn your vision into a clear plan and a sound architecture before a line of code goes in.
A senior team builds it, guided by leaders who've shipped products at real scale.
We launch, harden, and grow it, engineered to scale instead of buckle.

Silicon Valley originals. Between us we helped build the Netscape browser, scaled a platform to millions of users, and brought in partners trained at Yale and Harvard.
A Silicon Valley original who helped build the Netscape browser and created the first customizable enterprise browser for AOL/Time Warner, where he led an engineering organization of 200+, with early roots as an engineer on SCO Unix and Red Hat Linux. Founded rSportz in 2006 and served as CTO through 2021, architecting a platform that handled registration, scheduling, and payments for millions. Owns TechBunny's technical strategy and delivery.
The business engine. 35+ years building and scaling sales organizations, raising capital, and driving revenue. Co-founded and scaled rSportz (acquisition + $15M+ raised, 3M+ athletes across 100+ countries). Former Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of an Inc. 500 #89 company. Owns strategy, growth, and client relationships at TechBunny.
Thirty years guiding proprietary technology platforms, including spawning the retail Prepaid Cash Card industry in 2000. Since 2013 he's led work in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and tokenization, alongside VoIP, real-time video, and secure mobile messaging, after founding, growing, and exiting multiple fintech companies. Leads TechBunny's blockchain, crypto, and tokenization engagements.
We've done this together for 20 years, and we built something that scaled.
Before rSportz, Greg built at the edge of what hardware and software could do together. At Geocast, a Kleiner Perkins–backed startup, he helped engineer “the Brick” — a device that pulled data down over unused digital TV spectrum. He then founded GoGoCast, deploying a network of 1,100 screens into convenience stores nationwide, each one controlled wirelessly.
In 2006, Greg started rSportz and brought Todd in at inception to raise capital, acquire the software platform that became its core, and scale the company.
That acquisition secured the lead investor who backed rSportz with more than $25M. Over the next decade-plus, the platform grew to serve over 3 million athletes across 100+ countries before its 2020 exit, with Greg as CTO through 2021.
TechBunny is what comes next: that same build-and-scale partnership, now pointed at other growing companies' platforms, engineered to the same senior standard every time.

Custom software, platform modernization, AI/ML applications, web and mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, Next.js), payments and commerce (Stripe), and cloud architecture on serverless AWS with PostgreSQL and NoSQL. Full products, scoped and shipped for established, growing companies.
Our sweet spot is established companies doing $10M+ in annual revenue. That said, if you're a smaller company growing fast and building something interesting, we want to hear from you — the fit is about needing senior engineering leadership, not your current revenue line.
We own the outcome. Senior, US-based product and engineering leadership scopes, architects, and ships the work, and stays accountable. You get a partner that delivers a product, not a vendor that bills hours or a freelancer who disappears.
Greg Argyle (CEO/Lead Architect) and Todd Johnson (CRO), partners since 2006 who built and scaled rSportz together, joined by Glenn Geller (Director of Blockchain & Fintech Engineering), who has 30 years building fintech and blockchain platforms. Greg is a Silicon Valley original who helped build the Netscape browser, and our partners trained at Yale and Harvard.
Less. We deliver senior, US-led product work at a fraction of typical US-agency cost by building lean and running an efficient global delivery model, without giving up the leadership and accountability you'd expect from a top US team.
Architecture first, senior oversight throughout. Every build is shaped by people who've shipped products to millions of users, so quality and scalability are designed in, not bolted on.
You work directly with the US-based product and engineering leaders who own your build. Same time zone, plain English, one accountable team. No handoffs, no overnight lag, no layer between you and the people writing the code.
Bring a growing platform or a stalled roadmap. We scope, architect, build, and ship it.
A senior, US-led team that plugs into yours and owns delivery end to end.
Not sure what to build? A senior operator will tell you straight, including when not to build.
We move fast, scale smart, and replicate success. Silicon Valley architecture, bunny-fast execution.

Send a few lines about your platform or project and we'll get back to you.
